The Fall 2010 USF St. Petersburg Student Philanthropy Board Team Gold (USFSP SPB #11 GOLD) requests proposals that will lower water polluction in our local water supply in Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties that will assist clean up efforts, education, and harder punishments.
